Pale yellow, with green reflections. Intense distinctly tropical nose, with notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, elderflower, and vegetal nuances of herbs. The palate is characterized by a lovely interplay of sweetness and acidity, and it has a beautiful length with mineral notes.
