Fruity, fresh nose with notes of ripe apple, light stone fruit, lime blossom and nutmeg. Characterised by a fine mousse on the palate, with a noticeable but appropriate dosage and fresh acidity on the finish. An uncomplicated flint wine made in Zurich.
