The red wine Fleurie "Les Côtes", vintage 2019 from the winery Laura Lardy has been rated in 2024 by Peter Moser & Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Gamay from the region Beaujolais in France.
The aromas show some milk chocolate from the oak, but also savoury fruits of the forest and cherry fruit. On the palate, the wine combines juiciness with mellowness, the very fine tannin almost forms a wall without becoming massive. A very well extracted wine with a delicate mineral character and a very long, juicy finish.
