Tasting Notes
This smells of very ripe grapes! Milk chocolate, Amarena cherry, maraschino, yeasty notes, some herbal savouriness and new wood. In the mouth, the wine unfolds with an intense mineral juiciness, the fine acidity keeps the structure in balance despite its very round, flowing richness. The grippy tannin gives structure without dominating. The tactile minerality takes centre stage on the finish.
