Intense bright lemon yellow. Finely delineated nose of ripe yellow fruit, yellow plum and rich peach, with some lavender in the background. Very pure fruit on the palate, with an integrated mousse, good flow and precision. A taut finish with notes of citrus and apple.
More about the tastingPale silver yellow with persistent mousse. Cool nose with mineral components, salty, lots of lemon, lime. Lively on the palate with lots of bubbles, crisp transition to fruity, balanced, good length on the finish with salty tones.
