Bright pale pink. Opens with notes of ripe cherries and grapefruit zest, with a slight hint of bay leaf and strawberry yoghurt. On the palate there is a beautiful interplay between juiciness and fresh acidity, dances across the palate with aromas of Amarena cherries, fun to drink.
