The red wine Poggio alle Nane Maremma Toscana DOC, vintage 2022 from the winery Le Mortelle has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Carmenère, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Brilliant, rich ruby, purple reflections. Impressive aromas of cassis and blackberry, with hints of cigar box and cold smoke. Full-bodied on the palate, very juicy, lots of dark berries, notes of mulberries and cassis, fine-meshed tannins.
