The red wine Sagrestano Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2021 from the winery Le Palaie has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Alicante Nero from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright, sparkling ruby red in colour. On the nose, delicate strawberry confit, spice and smoke. The palate is grippy with plenty of tannin, a slightly bitter, somewhat harsh undertone, and rosemary notes on the finish.
