Bright, lively and brilliant straw yellow colour. Fine, scattered mousse. Lively citrus notes on the nose, followed by sweeter impressions of apple, pear and white melon. Dry, fruity and lively on the palate. The mousse carries the drinking flow and a hint of acidity lends freshness and structure. Salty and long finish.
