The white wine Sanpietro Custoza DOC Superiore, vintage 2017 from the winery Le Vigne di San Pietro has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffeler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Garganega, Trebbiano, Cortese, Manzoni Bianco
Intensive radiant straw-yellow hues. On the nose hints of wet stone, candle wax, honey blossom, then pear compote and an undertone of white pepper. Opens on the palate with a fruity texture, polished and elegant, surprisingly dense with finesse. A slightly salty undertone, persistent length on the finish.
