Deep ruby garnet, opaque core, purple glints, faintly lighter at the rim. Soft herbal savoury notes, elegant nought, a little vanilla, a medley of black forest berries and tobacco nuances. Powerful, mature damsons, vivid, still somewhat demanding tannins, a fresh arc of acidity, saline finish, and softly resonating woody savouriness.
