Tasting from 02.06.2023: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Medium ruby. On the nose plum, ripe cherry, pleasant but with vivid wood spice, bacony-smoky nuances, with air also herbal tones. Pleasantly soft on the palate with ripe, balancing acidity, quite elegant. Medium length with notes of cherry compote and noticeable tannins.
