Tasting from 28.05.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Exuberant fruit on the nose. Notes of strawberry and raspberry as well as ripe plum with additional hints of liquorice and caramel. On the palate dense and juicy with ripe acidity and a fine tannin structure. Lots of fruit, defined by plum, raspberry and cherry nuances. Long finish with spicy hints.
