Tasting from 05.09.2025: Romana Echensperger

Pale yellow in colour with a fine effervescence. Ripe yellow fruit, peach, mango, Galia melon and waxy notes on the nose. Pleasantly dry on the palate with a soft texture, measured acidity and a light body. Subtle flavours on the finish, good drinking flow. A solid everyday wine that promises uncomplicated enjoyment.
