Light yellow-green with silver reflections. An attractive bouquet of delicate blossom honey underpinned by yellow apple, delicate mango and apricot notes and a hint of tangerine zest. The palate shows good complexity and elegance, fine acidity, white stone fruit on the finish, then a mineral-salty aftertaste with some guava. Definite ageing potential.
