Tasting from 26.11.2019: Ulrich Sautter und Rainer Schäfer

Strong yellow in the glass, in addition to pears it also shows dark savoury notes, chestnut puree, green walnut, slightly ethereal tone. Good balance on the palate, powerfully built without losing its measure, the ripe acidity is well integrated, creamy and phenolics entries, good volume and also density, shows power, expression and elegance.
