Rich, intense amber. Intense nose, opens with distinctly savoury notes of cinchona bark, thyme and bitter orange, followed by insistent notes of chamomile and date. Very concentrated on the palate, lots of date, dried apricot and fig, fine bitter notes in the finish balance out the sweetness well.
