Medium bodied red. Still closed on the nose, a hint of reduction, discreet red berry, stony, and a touch of oak character. It has a precise juicy start on the palate, vivid acidity, silky tannins, with a mineral note, and chalky. It is long, with a still somewhat bitter finish. A "Burgundian" pinot noir, far from its drinking maturity, but a carafe for immediate enjoyment.
