The red wine Purosangue Toscana IGT, vintage 2015 from the winery Livernano has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Clear ruby red with a shiny core. Elegant and dark berry nose, inviting, reminiscent of rich blackcurrants, elderberries, fine spicy tones on the finish. Dry on the palate, superficial acidity paired with harsh tannins, still needs to find its feet, broad finish.
