Bright and bursting with fruit, right out of the gate. There's a really well-defined, orchard fruit profile here; all golden apples, melon and touches of quince, with light touches of biscuits. Impeccably balanced with a hint of fruit sweetness, despite the low dosage. A very complete wine.
