Tasting from 23.06.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright, pale straw yellow with persistent, frothy mousse. Fragrant nose of fresh peach, white roses and fresh apricots, a hint of baby banana. Shows great fruitiness and lively mousse on the palate, high sugar level, lots of ripe fruit, seems a bit wild on the back end.
