Tasting Notes
Intense, rich ruby red. Open nose of ripe cassis and rich elderberries, accompanied by a slightly salty note. Accentuated acidity on the palate with a fresh seaweed and fruity core, medium body, well-balanced from front to back, but finishes harshly on the finish.
