Tasting from 01.12.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Deep dark, concentrated ruby red. On the nose, aromas of dried wild berries, nougat, toast and flint with juicy black cherries and plums. On the palate, great acidity and rich drive, polished, currently still seems very young, will develop in the bottle over the next few years.
