Tasting from 01.12.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Rich, dark ruby with a slight purple sheen. Opens on the nose with notes of blackcurrant, some balsamic, rich plum notes, fine savouriness behind. Grippy, savoury tannins, lots of juicy dark berry fruit, then a bit rough on the finish, but can still grow well.
