Very lovely, floral nose with clear notes of rose blossom and nuanced herbs. The rose blossom also sets the tone on the palate, accompanied by a light sweetness and a delicate bitterness that comes from spicy, tart herbs. On the finish, the bitterness gains strength, which counteracts the floral top note with some freshness and earthiness.
