A complex nose with herbaceous and floral notes, nuances of Tonka bean and spice. The palate has a dense mousse, and initially appears slightly sweet, before a subtle bitterness unfolds, accompanied by spice, subtle ethereal herbal notes and accentuated citrus fruit. The finish is tangy, slightly bitter and sparkling.
