Light yellow-green in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, aromas of fresh gooseberry, some elderflower, and grapefruit zest, underlaid with nuances of yellow tropical fruit. The medium-bodied palate is freshly structured and fine fruity with notes of white peach, and a touch of lime on the saline-mineral finish.
