Tasting from 03.01.2024: Peter Moser & Ulrich Sautter

Non filtré, legèrement sulfité. M22VVN 30/08/23. Sour cherry, black pepper and milk chocolate aromas. In the mouth, high, slightly clinging tannins, a hint of cardon dioxide, deep fruit, fine acidity, and lots of juiciness – very Burgundian in character, Powerful and very mineral. Good for medium-long maturation (ten years).
