Tasting from 14.02.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant ruby red with a brighter rim. The nose is concentrated, with ripe fruit, cherry and plum as well as a hint of black pepper. Redcurrant and lavender on the palate, with a harmonious tannin structure, animating acidity and a salty finish.
