Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Medium garnet colour, ochre reflections, broad rim brightening. Pickled sweet cherry, red wild berry confit, mineral touch, candied orange zest in the background. Light-footed, yet juicy, fine fruit sweetness, silky tannins, mineral-salty finish, lingers well, pronounced in fruit aftertaste, red berry aftertaste, versatile.
