Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Pale straw yellow, silver reflections. Fresh herbal savouriness, nuances of gooseberry and grapefruit zest, fine white tropical fruit, delicate hints of physalis. Juicy, fine fruit sweetness, silky texture, lively acidity, lingers well, a hint of orange fruit on the finish, lime in the aftertaste, animating food companion.
