Medium golden yellow with orange reflections. Sugared redcurrant, raspberry and red apple skin on the nose, with a delicate hint of pink cookie. Delicate mousse. Supple fruit with a medium core of acidity offers good drinking flow. The finish is somewhat drying, with tart notes of dried apple and quince that linger well.
