Tasting from 17.02.2017: Ulrich Sautter

Roasted hazelnut, flint, a quite AOC-typical aroma. Still very closed on the palate, taut, still youthfully astringent structure with medium density, convincing with salinity and racy acidity. And even quite long-lasting. An appealing Meursault with good potential for three to five years of ageing.
