Dark cherry, juicy, ripe and aromatic, fills the nose. The palate comes in with the same intensity and vigour, with full-fruited energy but also poise: fine acidity channels everything into elegance while firm tannins provide structure. This has drive and spirit and a finish of dark, bitter chocolate.
