It is a wine made from the grape varieties Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault from the region Coteaux-d’Aix-en-Provence in France.
Light pink, sparkling in the glass. Inviting bouquet of red berries, rosehip, redcurrant and sour cherry. Dry on the palate, carried by a fine fruit melt, with refreshing citrus fruit and a spicy tang. Notes of fleur de sel and dried herbs on the finish. Animating and balanced.
