The non-alcoholic de-alcoholised sparkling wine Beau Viva Sparkling Rosé from the winery Maison Saint Aix has been rated in 2025 by Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Gerhild Burkard, Romana Echensperger with 92 Falstaff points.
Pale pink in colour and with an astonishing resemblance to Provençal rosé - with fizz, of course. Pink grapefruit and some yeast are vivid in the nose and on the palate. Very tightly meshed in the finish and also subtly savoury. "An aperitif of distinction, without the alcohol."
