Pale pink in colour and with an astonishing resemblance to Provençal rosé - with fizz, of course. Pink grapefruit and some yeast are vivid in the nose and on the palate. Very tightly meshed in the finish and also subtly savoury. "An aperitif of distinction, without the alcohol."
