Bright salmon pink. Inviting nose of cassis, some raspberry and hints of cookie. Delicate, finely fruity play of sweetness and acidity and juicy, fine bubbles on the palate, medium finish, in which the red stone fruit fades pleasantly. Tasty aperitif.
