Brilliant, pale yellow gold with green reflections. Floral aroma, Greengage plum, then some yeast and herbal savouriness. Great, straightforward palate, carried by the refreshing, striking acidity, very fine bubbles, medium-weight extract. Dry type with an energetic, animating finish. No frills!
