Tasting from 19.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow with a silver shimmer. Ripe yellow fruit on the nose, apricot, peach blossom and lemon juice, candy in the background. Sweet on the palate, with rich bubbles, honey notes in the foreground, the acidity flashes through now and again, but everything is a little too lush and the finish is quite short.
