Bright, light lemon yellow with a very delicate mousse. Citrus fruit, stone fruit and tropical fruit on the nose, with sage and a hint of nutmeg on the finish. Sweet on the palate, with a fine-grained mousse, good balance between sweetness and acidity, long finish.
