Tasting from 01.01.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow with golden reflections. Apricot, Mediterranean herbs and rose petal on the nose. On the palate, sharp acidity, rich, golden fruit and a certain mellowness. Appears somewhat phenolic at the back and remains delicately bitter.
