Tasting from 11.04.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright and brilliant ruby red colour with a bright core. On the nose there is a strawberry aroma, with a delicate vanilla touch, a creamy character, and a rose hip tea note. It is initially supple on the palate, then opens with compact tannins, some nice candied citrus notes, and a light coconut flavour. It has an elegant body and is slightly salty on the finish.
