Tasting from 14.07.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Bright ruby. Ripe cherry fruit on the nose, some plum and marzipan, with a clear aftertaste of wild berries. Soft and warm on the palate, with medium weight and juicy tannins, delicately bitter and grippy on the finish, light savouriness.
