Bright, intense straw yellow colour with delicate light golden reflections. Tertiary aromas on the nose, milk chocolate, cold smoke, malt caramel and sea salt, with a small pinch of fruit. Hearty on the palate, with effervescent mousse, shows beautiful tension, slightly bitter on the finish.
