Brilliant straw yellow. Roasted hazelnuts and dried banana pieces on the nose, with candied lemon zest, ripe stone fruit and a hint of iodine on the finish. Hearty on the palate, with a radiant fruit core and great texture,, dosage and mousse are well balanced, clean finish.
