Tasting Notes

Tasting from 01.12.2016

Initially floral on the nose with notes of jasmine and vanilla, underpinned by yellow peach, blood orange and blossom honey, with dark mineral notes in the background. The full-bodied palate has impressive complexity, with well-integrated new oak nuances and a backbone of fine acidity, with yellow tropical fruit notes on the finish which has terrific length. Youthful and taut.
