Bright, deep ruby-garnet color with violet highlights and a delicate rim. Delicate sour cherry fruit, underpinned by heart cherries, with a hint of nougat and dried herbs. Juicy and elegant, it conceals its strength behind attractive fruit; the acidity is full of finesse, with good persistence; a pleasant sweetness from the extract on the finish, followed by a mineral aftertaste.
