Tasting Notes
Brilliant light gold. Great and inviting nose of fresh honey, some saffron, peach cordial, elderflower, light savouriness on the finish. Good juiciness on the palate, not cardboardy, with a great bitter note from the botrytis and well-integrated acidity, with a nice sweetness and a slightly washed out finish.
