Intense, flint straw yellow with a clear green shimmer. Complex and inviting on the nose, with initial notes of flint and iodine, then lots of grapefruit, hints of pineapple and white peach. Extremely supple initially on the palate, with good interplay between cool and Mediterranean notes of orange peel, pineapple and white peach, vivid but well-integrated acidity giving juiciness and tension, subtle mineral notes on the long finish.
