Tasting from 09.07.2020: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark, rich garnet red with purple. Truffle, undergrowth, pitch, ripe blackberry and black pepper on the nose. Slightly sweet fruit texture on the palate, juicy, opens up well, then marked by a little too much wood on the finish, delicate after-drying.
